This song is about love. He wrote this song for you and he will even fuck you like you’re his boo.

You know this song isn’t necessarily a super jammer or anything but it does symbolize what is amazing about rap music. What other style of music is even capable of attempting a song like this? Rock could try but really motley crew old boys can’t fuck with some pussy pop snake pit rap. Rap is the only style of music where you can make a song like this and fans will say “yes that is a good song that is not completely out of context for the style of music of which I have chosen to prefer.”

It’s like Knight Rider but more minimal wave/synth shit happening and 83 France. The high parts get a little whatever but man this jam is dope when its at its simplest. Remember when scrolling LEDs meant something was futuristic?

Old men who do things the old way are always interesting. Use to go buy this body shop in north phoenix where the guy would chop mercs up. Dude was still using lead, he welded the tank on my lowrider bike and fixed my dad’s datsun truck. I was 15 and some days I would go down there just to hang around and he’d tell me hot rod stories between the sparks.

Noz’s profile of 2 Chainz for The Fader.

One thing we didn’t talk about but meant to was Mr. Lee, the producer of Le$’s “Wanna Choose” and a lot of classic Houston raps.  Our boy Rob Pursey did a cool mix of Mr. Lee productions a few years ago that you can check out here.

Peep this because Matthew and I made it for someone to listen too
