I\u2019ve noticed a handful of bloggers \u2014 names aren\u2019t important, but enough to get my attention \u2014 calling for the end of people using the word \u201cswag\u201d and\/or hating on Odd Future. That these remarks come from white males who listen to and write about predominantly white-people rock and dance music\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I like certain rap\/hip-hop artists, but for me, it goes like this: You may not like Panda Bear, but at least Noah Lennox doesn\u2019t get media attention for spewing overly-misogynistic crap promoting rape culture. I don\u2019t care if it\u2019s an act or not. Anyone that gets \u201cblog hits\u201d for promoting violence against women gets a big ol\u2019 \u201cFUCK YOU\u201d from me.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

And yet, this person has a \u201ccassette only\u201d label called Kill\/Hurt.<\/p>\n

Remember kidz, only violence against women is worth getting self-righteous over.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
