These efforts, the department reported, helped generate a \u201ccheese sales growth of nearly 30 million pounds.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class='attribution'>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/11\/07\/us\/07fat.html?_r=1&amp;hp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A NYT article about Dairy Management<\/a>, a curious offshoot of the USDA that helps get more cheese into our fast food, apparently. It\u2019s really upsetting.
