So I was thinking yesterday that if, god forbid, Warp (who previously released my music as Babe Rainbow<\/a>) or no other label wants to put out my new music<\/a>, would it be a good idea to use Kickstarter to pay for the recording. All my\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

i dont understand why most ppl don\u2019t just use kickstarter as a presale thing. i\u2019m going to sell my album for $10. give me the money upfront on the strength of \u201cyou liked my music in the past, you will probably like my music in the future.\u201d fuck a signed copy. let\u2019s keep it simple.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I believe in olden times this idea use to be known as pre-orders.
