Okay seriously though, what DOES make bottom brackets creak like that? Mine was creaking for a while a few months back and then it stopped, but during that time I was sure it was going to snap and I was going to die. Does anyone know what causes that noise?
check your crank arms, if they are beginning to get lose or have some wear with metal shavings in there with a little movement they will make sounds. might want to pull them and clean that shit up where they attach to the BB. or get a better setup
