I had this tape, and if I’m lucky it’s still somewhere at B.Cause’s spot. Anyways this version of Gots To Be Real goes so much harder than the updated version on Memphis Under World. The tape hiss just adds to the rawness but goddamn man eightball on the fast rap tip is always welcomed, he fucking bodies this tracks. There is a reason why the tape rip appears on Hard as Fuck 3, that’s how much I like this shit.

Criminal Manne – What U Said produced by Lex Luger

this is the best track on Blow. It’s Criminal Manne doing what Criminal Manne does, real steady flow on some straight elbo a motherfucker shit. Can’t help but start bouncing to this when it comes on. Crim isn’t the most technical rapper out there but when he’s on point with that rowdy memphis fight shit he’s at his best. You can always rely on his records to have a few great hit a motherfucker tracks, he’s reliable like that. While I’m on it, Street Ways is a record that never gets any mention and it should if people would pay more attention.

This reminds me, someone find me some new Yung Kee. I miss that dude.
